Lithium-ion batteries are easily confused with the following two kinds of batteries:
(1) lithium battery: metal lithium is negative.
(2) lithium ion batteries: the use of non water liquid organic electrolytes.
(3) lithium ion polymer battery: a polymer is used to gel liquid organic solvents, or all solid state electrolytes are used directly. Lithium ion batteries generally use graphite carbon materials as negative poles.
